We at Ray-Carroll Fuels have changed our process of doing Summer Fill for this upcoming Summer. If you would like to receive a Summer Fill this year, we would like to ask that you fill out the information below. Even if you have received a Summer Fill in the past, we still need you to fill out this form.

For our cash customers, you too can take advantage of summer fill savings by prepaying for your Summer Fill based on your tank reading.

 

Our Summer Fill price for the 2025 year is $1.65.  

 

If we do not receive this form back from you or if you do not give us a call stating you would like a Summer Fill, you will not be put on the drivers route.

Our drivers will deliver propane between the months of July and August to ensure our customers have a full tank befor winter starts. Payments for Summer Fill will be due in full by October 31st. We will accept call-ins and forms until August 15th.
